titleOfInvention Novel oxidative color development-type dyeing agent for hair
abstract NEW MATERIAL:An eminopyridine deriv. of formulaI( wherein m is 2 or 3; n is 0 or 1) or a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2-Piperidino-5-aminopyridine dihydrochloride. USE:An oxidative color development-type dyeing agent for dyeing hair in black, reddish violet, brown, etc. PREPARATION:2-Chloro-5-nitropyridine is reacted with piperidine is dimethyl sulfoxide at 90-100 deg.C for about 1.5hr to obtain 2-piperidino-5-nitropyridine, which is then dissolved in methanol and, after reacted in the presence of a Raney Ni catalyst under hydrogen pressure of 10-50kg/cm<2> at 50-90 deg.C, isolated in the form of a hydrochloride if necessary.
