abstract PURPOSE: A polyamide resin composition with excellent heat-resisting rigidity and flame retardancy having impact resistance at a high temp. in an absolute-dry state, which is obtd. by compounding a polyamide resin, a polyolefin, a glass fiber, a halogen-base flame retarder and Sb 2 O 3 . n CONSTITUTION: 20W80wt% polyamide resin, 5W30wt% polyolefin, 5W30wt% glass fiber, 5W30wt% halogen-base flame retarder and 5W100wt%, based on the flame retarder, antimony trioxide. The flame retarder is an org. halogen compd. especially effective when used in combination with antimony trioxide. An org. bromine compd. such as decabromodiphenyl ether is effective as the org. halogen compd. The polyolefin is a modified polyolefin, a modified olefin elastomer, etc. prepd. by the addition of a compd. selected from an alicyclic carboxylic acid having a cis-type double bond in the ring and a functional deriv. thereof to an olefin or an olefin elastomer. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
