titleOfInvention | Preparation of spherical product of amine type antioxidant |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a spherical product having a given particle size in high yield useful for rubber, having improved flow properties, small degradation properties, causing no dust, by adding a melt of an amine type antioxidant containing seed crystal to an aqueous solution of a surface active agent so that the melt is solidified. n CONSTITUTION: (A) A melt of an amine type antioxidant (preferable example; N-1, 3-dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-phenylenediamine, N-isoprolyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine) containing usually 10W80wt% seed crystal is dropped from a nozzle, etc. to (B) preferably 0.01W2wt% aqueous solution of a nonionic, ionic or cationic surface active agent, and the melt is solidified. The prepared spherical material is separated, washed, and dried to give the desired product. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
