titleOfInvention Resin composition for forming porous film by wet method
abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition, capable of giving a film having improved resistance to flex fatigue, etc., suitable for boots, shoes, etc., and consisting of a film forming resin material, a glyceride compound, a sorbitan surfactant, a specific alkylene oxide copolymer and a solvent therefor. n CONSTITUTION: A resin composition prepared by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. film forming resin material, e.g. polyurethane resin, with 1W10pts.wt. mixture of (B) linseed oil with (C) a surfactant, e.g. sorbitan monolaurate, (D) a copolymer of ethylene oxide with propylene oxide in which the content of the ethylene oxide part is preferably 40W60wt% at a weight ratio of the components (B):(C):(D) of preferably 5W20:1W10:70W90, and dissolving the resultant mixture in an organic solvent, e.g. dimethylformamide. The composition is then applied to a substrate, e.g. cloth, treated in a coagulating bath and dried to give a synthetic leather, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
