titleOfInvention Manufacture of cast rotor
abstract PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of a motor and its workability by a method wherein heat-resisting insulating paint consisting of the prescribed material is applied on the inner surface of the groove of a laminated core and an insulating film layer is formed on the inner surface of the groove by drying the paint at the temperature range between the room temperature and 200 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution is formed by mixing 5-30wt% of silica having an electric insulating property and a heat-resisting property, 5-50wt% of sodium silicate as an adhesive agent and 3-20wt% of potassium silicate and then an aqueous solution having proper viscosity is obtained by combining water-soluble synthetic resin, which does not react to sodium silicate such as ethylene vinyl acetate (1:1), for example. Then, this aqueous solution is applied to the core groove using a soaking method or the like and after the aqueous solution has been dried up at the room temperature and the solid substance has been tightly adhered to the core groove, a rotor conductor is formed by performing an aluminum die-casting. Also, when the heat-resisting insulating film is dried up and adhered at the temperature range of 80-150 deg.C, animal protein such as milk casein, for example, is added by 2wt%.
