abstract NEW MATERIAL:A 4-phenylphthalazine derivative shown by the formula I[R 1 WR 3 are alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxyl, alkylcarbonyl, hydroxyl, or trifluoromethyl; l, m, and n are 0W3(except that both m and n are 0)] and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. n EXAMPLE: 1-(3-Chloroanilino)-4-(4-methylphenyl)phthalazine. n USE: A preventive and remedy for cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and arterioscherosis.
