titleOfInvention Immunochemical measuring method for various minor components
abstract PURPOSE: To measure the plural kinds of components in the same reaction system at the same time, by labelling each component of antigen species or antibody species with a coloring matter having a different spectral sensitization wave length. n CONSTITUTION: Competition reaction is carred out by labelling with a coloring matter having a different spectral sensitization wave length for every component of antigen species or antibody species and adding a sample containing the plural antigen species or antibody species to be measured to the combination of the plural marked antigens or antibodies and then, adding the antigens or antibodies specifically reactint with each antigen species or antibody species. A reaction product produced by said reaction is plural spotted on a layer containing silver halogenide and next, said layer is developed after exposing to each light of the spectral sensitization wave length and then, blackening concentration of the part corresponding to each exposed part is measured.
