abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a board with excellent thermal insulation properties, by applying and hardening a paint having metal powder blended therein, arranging a pair of facing boards thus painted to face the hardened faces of the boards to each other or toward inside, and injecting foaming compound having self-bonding property between the facing boards to foam and harden. n CONSTITUTION: The paint 2 made by blending the metal powder such as aluminum and the like is applied to the surface of a facing board such as plywood, veneer, hard board, slate board and the like and then hardened. After that, the face of the boarders on which the paint is applied are faced to each other.
