titleOfInvention Heat-sensitive recording medium
abstract PURPOSE:To prepare a heat-sensitive recording medium which colors into a bright and dark color at a low temperature, has a developed color picture having a light resistance, a plasticizer resistance, and solidity, and has less sublimability by a method wherein a 4,4'-bisphenolsulfide compound, represented by a given structure formula, is used as a developer. CONSTITUTION:A 4,4'-bisphenolsulfide compound [example: bis-(hydroxyl-3- methylphenyl)sulfide and the like], which is used as (A) a developer and is represented by a formula (where R is alkyl of C1-13, halogenized alkyl, hydroxyl, phenyl, and halogen atom), and a crystal violet lacton, being used as (B) a color former, are separately mixed in a medium (example: water, oil and the like) togetherwith (C) a binder (example: PVC and the like) to obtain dispersion liquids which are applied on a supporting product to obtain a desired sheet. Additionally, a mixing amount is preferably 1-95 parts the component A, 1-15 parts component B, and 1-40 parts component C.
