abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a thermally insulated water reservoir at high yield and at low cost without the complex processes using the split mold and the core by an integral processing of the facing wall and the foaming thermal insulant under application of inner pressure to the inner tank made of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The inner tank 1 is blow-molded, air is introduced inside the inner tank 1 and the tank is sealed by the cock 11 under pressurized state. The foaming thermal insulant is poured through the inlet 14 and solidified between the facing wall 6 and the innr tank 1. The inner tank 1 is united with the facing wall 6, the bottom plate 12 and the foamed thermal insulant. Then, pressurized gas is exhausted and secondary working such as forming of the top opening 4, drilling of the holes 2, 2' for the heating pipe insertion etc. is performed. |
