titleOfInvention Pouring apparatus for urethane
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled apparatus having an automatic pouring section without necessity of under cut treatment at the pouring part, by means of sliding die which is fixed to the tip of a nozzle and caused to close the pouring hole through which urethane is poured. n CONSTITUTION: When a top plate 2 constructed of a base plate 10 and a panel board 9, is coupled to a washbowl by urethane resin 11, a nozzle 6 is firmly fixed into the sliding die 7 sealingly fixed to urethane-pouring part extending through the space 5 of an upper die 4. Then the sliding die 7 is sealingly contacted to the hole formed between the upper die 4 and the panel board 9, as the die is settled, then urethane is poured. Next, the upper die 4 is removed upwardly, and the sliding die 7 is also taken away outwardly and upwardly from the apparatus. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
