titleOfInvention Vinyl chloride type resin composition for food and medical treatment
abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition improving melt gelation in processing and molding, preventing the occurrence of ungelatinized particles and air mark, having improved surface gloss, strength, elasticity, and transparency, obtained by blending vinyl chloride type resin with a specific adipic acid type polyester resin. n CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. Vinyl chloride type resin is blended with 0.1W 20pts.wt., preferably 0.5W10pts.wt. adipic acid type polyester having an acid value 20W50, molecular weight 500W5,000, and a solubility in 2-ethyl-hexyl adipate ≥100wt% based on the adipate, obtained by using only a bifunctional alcohol having a side chain in the molecule as an alcohol component and a monofunctional fatty acid as a terminator. The polyester resin is preferably synthesized by using 1,3- butylene glycol, coconut oil fatty acid, and adipic acid. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
