titleOfInvention | Recorder for picture image |
abstract | PURPOSE: To increase mechanical and chemical strength, and to obtain stable recording having high accuracy by forming a protective film to at least one of a magnetic stylus and a magnet for a projection in the picture recorder which flies magnetic ink or makes it migrate. n CONSTITUTION: The protective film 12 is formed on the head of the recorder which flies or makes migrate the magnetic ink 4 consisting of the styluses 1, the magnets 2 and an ink feeding passage 3 and obtains a picture. The protective films of the styluses function to obtain at the improvement of the adhesive strength of the magnetic styluses and the amelioration of dielectric strength between the styluses, and thermoplastic polyester, butyral, polyurethane, epoxy resin, polyvinyl chloride, etc. are used. The protective films of the magnets aim at the prevention of the magnetic sedimentation of the magnetic ink and the improvement of the solvent resisting property and elasticity of the rubber magnets, and polyvinyl chloride is preferable. When the styluses and the magnets are bonded and the protective film is formed, the intrusion of the ink to bonded sections can be prevented. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
