titleOfInvention Steel plate for welded can and container and preparation thereof
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare the tittled steel plate having a low amount of Sn plating, exellent weldability and excellent corrosion resistance after painting, by plating the surface of a steel plate with Ni before plating with Sn and subsequently by treating the surface by heating and melting before treating with chromate. n CONSTITUTION: The surface of the steel plate is plated with 30W1,000mg/m 2 of Ni per one side. Subsequently, the plated surface is further plated with 100W 2,000mg/m 2 of Sn per one side. Next, the plated surface is treated by heating and melting (melt-treated) at 240W350°C, and then followed by the formation of a coating layer comprising 2W20mg/m 2 converted into Cr of chromate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
