abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an impact-resistant, heat-resistant and flame retardant polyamide resin composition, stable physical properties, by blending master pellets containing a polyolefin and a flame retardant (assistant) with master pellets containing glass fibers. n CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin composition, prepared by blending (A) master pellets obtained by kneading a polyamide resin base with a polyolefin and a flame retardant containing a halogen, e.g., decabromodiphenyl ether, and a flame retardant assistant, e.g. antimony trioxide, simultaneously in a high concentration with (B) master pellets obtained by kneading a polyamide resin base with glass fibers having a diameter of 10W20μ and a length of 2W4mm. The resultant composition contains 20W80wt% polyamide resin, 5W30wt% polyolefin, 5W30wt% flame retardant, 5W60wt% glass fibers and 5W100wt% based on the flame retardant, flame retardant assistant. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
