abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a film capable of quantitatively determining the transaminase activity in high sensitivity, by laminating a porous layer containing transaminase substrate, a layer containing a color indicator for the detection of hydrogen peroxide, and a transparent substrate layer in the order. n CONSTITUTION: A substrate film 3 such as transparent polyethylene terephthalate film is covered with a mordant layer 50 consisting of gelatin optionally dispersed with a pigment such as copper phthalocyanine. A color indicator layer 2 for the detection of hydrogen peroxide and composed of 4-aminoantipyrine, etc. and a coupler is placed thereon. The indicator layer 2 is covered if necessary with an opaque layer 40 composed of gelatin containing titanium dioxide; and a porous layer 1 (or 11 and 12) containing ketoglutaric acid as a transaminase substrate, pyruvic acid oxidase, and pyruvic acid oxygenase-activating agent is formed as the top layer. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
