PURPOSE: A composition that is made by adding a zirconium compound to a vinyl copolymer which has structural units of an acrylic or methacrylic ester bearing a specific unsaturated group and of an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid thus showing good air-curing properties. n CONSTITUTION: A zirconium compound is added to a vinyl copolymer that is composed of (A) 1W70wt% acrylic or methacrylic ester bearing a cyclic unsaturated group of formulaI(R 1 is H, methyl; R 2 is formula II, III, IV, V; R 3 is H, methyl, m is integer of 0W6; n is integer satisfying following relations: when m is 1, n is 2W5 when m is 2W6, n is 2), (B) 1W30wt% α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (C) 0W30% a compound having polymerizable unsaturated groups and hydroxyl.
