titleOfInvention Emulsifier and emulsified cosmetic material
abstract PURPOSE:To improve the stability to the skin and secular stability of an emulsifier obtained by containing a partially or completely neutralized mixture of phosphoric mono and diesters and glycerine fatty acid monoester. CONSTITUTION:The phosphoric monoester and diester expressed by the formulas Iand II (R1 and R4 denote C10-22 straight chain alkyl or straight chain alkenyl and R2 and R3 denote ethylene or propylene, m and n denote 0-30 numbers) are used. The phosphoric acid esters wherein the molar ratios of monophosphate and diphosphate are 100:0-70:30, are partially or completely neutralized by a proper basic material. This emulsifier prepd. by mixing said partially or completely neutralized esters and glycerine fatty acid monoester at a suitable ratio is weakly acidic or neutral and has high stability to the skin and secular stability.
