titleOfInvention | Human t cellular line |
abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare a novel human T cellular line, particularly human T cellular hybridized cellular line and collect the T cellular multiplication factor from the cellular line, by cultivating a human leukemic T cell. n CONSTITUTION: A human leukemic T cell is cultivated in a culture medium containing at least one selected from 8-azaguanine, 6-thioguanine and 6-mercaptopurine riboside to give human leukemic T cellular line deficient in hypoxanthine-guanine-phosphoribosyl transferase (HGPRT), which is then subjected to the plasmogamy with normal human T cells with a plasmogamy accelerator, and the hybridized cells are multiplied in a culture medium for selecting the hybrids containing hypoxanthine, aminopterin and thymidine to afford a human T cellular hybridized cellular line, which is then cultivated to give the aimed T cellular multiplication factor. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
