titleOfInvention Manufacture of solar heat collecting unit
abstract PURPOSE: To provide a solar heat collecting unit excellent in rigidity and durability inexpensively while reducing the number of component parts, enhancing the fabricating properties and enhancing the temperature rise efficiency at the heat collecting part in the commercialized condition, by a method wherein a heat collecting part of a solar-heat water heater is integrally composed of an internal heat collecting part and upper and lower heat-absorbing plates. n CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin sheets 1 being in a hot and soft condition immediately after molding is placed in a mold 2 having groove parts 3 for molding conduit parts 4, and the mold 2 is clamped to fusion-bond the parts of the sheets other than the parts corresponding to the groove parts 3. Simultaneously, the conduit parts 4 are formed at prescribed parts of the sheets 1 by evacuating the groove parts 3 by a vacuum pump P, and the thus formed parts are hardened. Both ends of the conduit parts 4 are formed as a feed water supplying port 5 and a hot-water outlet port 6, respectively, and the other parts are jointed with each other as connected flat plate parts 7 to obtain the internal heat collecting part 8. Then, through-holes 9 are formed at the flat plate parts 7, the whole assembly is held between the upper heat-absorbing plate 11 and the lower heat-absorbing plate 12, and the plates 11, 12 are rigidly jointed to each other at the through-holes 9. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
