titleOfInvention | Detecting method for decomposition product of chlorophyll |
abstract | PURPOSE:To decide whether a decomposition product of chlorophyll is good or simply and quickly, by reacting a silver nitrate solution or said product and deciding by a reacted coloring degree after sticking the solution of said product on a sheet for development. CONSTITUTION:5ml 70% ethyl alcohol is added to 0.2g fresh chlorella and an alcohol extract solution of chlorophyll is prepared. The same quantity of chlorella which is considered to progressing the decomposition as a control, is treated in the same method and alcohol extract solution is prepared in the same way. 1-5 drops of each extract solution are dropped on a filter paper and are permeated and dried. Further, when 1% silver nitrate solution is dropped on this permeated and dried part and is left as it is, a decomposition degree of a decomposition product of chlorophyll is decided by comparing a discoloration degree because it is discolored from light brown to brown color after 1-3min. Hereby, the decomposition product of chlorella is decided simply and this decision is utilized for the quality security etc. in a manufacturing process of chlorella. |
