abstract | NEW MATERIAL:An amidinopiperidine derivative expressed by formulaI (R is H or phenyl which may have a substituent group; n is an integer 1W3) and an acid addition salt thereof. n EXAMPLE: N-Amidinopiperidine-4-acetic acid. n USE: Improved inhibitory action on proteolytic enzymes, e.g. trypsin, chymotrypsin, callicrein or urokinase, and recognized powerful inhibitory action on C1 esterase which is an activating enzyme of a complement. n PROCESS: A piperidine derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with a urea derivative expressed by formula III (X is alkoxy or alkylthio) or a salt thereof to give the compound expressed by formulaI(R is H), which is then reacted with a phenol of the formula R'-OH (R' is phenyl which may have a substituent group) which may have the substituent group or a sulfite derivative thereof to afford th compound expressed by formulaI(R is R'). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
