titleOfInvention Granulating method of soybean oil cake
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the titled granule, having improved stability of vitamin E, and automatically packable in a hard capsule industrially, by kneading "Adsolida " as a adsorbent base with an ether or a mixed solvent of the ether with an alcohol. n CONSTITUTION: "Adsolida " which is silicic acid anhydride obtained by treating sodium silicate with an acid as an adsorbent base is kneaded with an ether, e.g. methyl n-butyl ether, or a mixed solvent of the ether with an alcohol, e.g. a mixture of the ether with 1/2Wequal amount of ethanol to granulate a soybean oil cake. The soybean oil cake is a semisolid or viscous oily material containing vegetable sterol and natural tocopherol. The solvent is used to reduce the viscosity, and the "Adsolida " having a high adsorbing ability and improved stability for vitamin E is used as an adsorbent to give the granule easily packable in a capsule. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
