titleOfInvention Polyvinyl chloride composition
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having remarkably improved thermal stability and antifogging property, without lowering the freeze resistance and plasticizing efficiency, by adding an epoxidized product of a specific dihydric alcohol fatty acid diester to the base resin. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is prepared by compounding 100pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride with 10W200pts. of an epoxidized product of a dihydric alcohol fatty acid diester obtained by the reaction of a 2W6C saturated aliphatic dihydric alcohol with a 12W24C unsaturated fatty acid or a mixed fatty acid containing said fatty acid. The ester is, e.g. 1,3-butanediol-soybean fatty acid diester. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
