| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a product fitted with tiles by placing a sheet of tiles, in which a plurality of tiles are connected by a joint material, onto a formwork so that the surface side of the tile sheet is allowed to contact with the formwork, forming a synthetic resin layer so that the tile sheet is covered with a synthetic resin raw material and removing a mold. n CONSTITUTION: A plurality of the tile 1 are arranged with an interval for the joint 2, the joint material 3 consisting essentially of a thermoplastic resin, etc., is filled into said joint spaces 2 and cured by a proper method, and the tile sheet 4 in which the tiles are connected integrally by the joint material 3 is manufactured. Said tile sheet 4 is placed onto the formwork 5 while directing its rearside upwards, and a resin incorporated with proper fillers such as glass fiber or clacium carbonate are filled are laminated or casted by a proper method and cured.
