| abstract |
PURPOSE:To obtain a foamed object of heat insulating meterial for a refrigerator etc. at a low cost, with a simple jig and without a heating oven, by pouring urethane into an outer shell frame with the shape of a flat box, covering with a sheet, then pushing and widening by a pushing member, trimming by intermittent compression during foaming. CONSTITUTION:The outer shell frame 2 with the shape of a flat box of which an upper face is opened is put on a carrying conveyer 9, urethane 20 is poured into the outer shell frame 2 by a urethane injector 12 and an upper face is covered with a sheet 4. Then, after the urethane 20 in the outer shell frame 2 is pushed and widened via the sheet 4 by a push-widening device 16 provided with a sheet-like pushing member 15 moving up and down by an air cylinder 14, a desired panel 5 of which urethane foam 3 is formed within the outer shell frame 2 is obtained by trimming urethane 20 in progress of foaming by compressing intermittently with a movable member 19 moving up and down by an air cylinder 18. |
