abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an absorbent/refrigerant composition with enhanced thermal stability, by compounding a phosphite compd. with an absorbent/refrigerant composition for an absorption machine, etc., consisting of a fluorinated hydrocarbon as a refrigerant and a glycol ether-base org. solvent as an absorbent. n CONSTITUTION: A fluorinated hydrocarbon (A) such as monochlorodifluoromethane, dichloromonofluoromethane or trifluoromethane, a glycol ether-base org. solvent (B) such as ethylene glycol dibutyl ether or diethylene glycol dimethyl ether and a phosphite compd. (C) of the formula (wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each H, alkyl, aryl or arylalkyl) such as dimethyl phosphite, trimethyl phosphite or triphenyl phosphite are mixed in such a proportion as to contain 0.05W 0.5wt% (in terms of phosphorus), based on the component B, component C to prepare the purpose absorbent/refrigerant composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
