abstract | PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive for synthetic resin molded articles, having excellent adhesivity and retention of adhesion, and composed of a specific polyester resin containing an aromatic and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acids, a specific amount of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and a low molecular weight glycol. n CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive is composed of a low crystalline polyester resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4W2.0[measured in a mixed solvent of phenol and tetrachloroethane (6:4 by weight) at 30°C], a melting point of 40W140°C and crystallinity of preferably 5W20%, and derived from (A) an acid component composed of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid (e.g. terephthalic acid, adipic acid, etc.) and (B) a glycol component obtained by compounding (i) 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and (ii) other glycol having a molecular weight of ≤300(e.g. diethylene glycol) at a molar ratio of 10:90W1:99. n USE: Bonding of vinyl chloride resin sheet, film, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
