abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition in which a lubricant mainly composed of hydrocarbon and fatty acid is added to a polyolefin composition containing a flame retarder to give a property resisting varnish, thus preventing the covering materials of electric wire and cable from cracking. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises 100pts.wt. of a polyolefin composition that is made by adding a flame retarder such as decabromodiphenyl ether to polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene and more than 3pts. e.g., 5pts. of a lubricant mainly consisting of hydrocarbon, fatty acid or its derivative such as ethylenebisstearoamide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
