abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a spinning lubricant composition having excellent condensing property, excellent mixed spinning property, a low scumming property, and a small temperature and humidity dependence from an alkyl phosphate (K or Na salt), a specific aminoether compound(phosphate), and a nonionic compound. n CONSTITUTION: A spinning lubricant composition is prepared by mixing 20W 50wt% alkyl phosphate (K or Na salt) (A) having a C 8 WC 18 alkyl group, a phosphorization degree of 0.6W1.0, and an acid value of 0W50, an aminoether compound(phosphate) (B) obtained by addition of ethylene oxide to an alkylamine of the formulaI(where R is straight or branched chain C 8 WC 18 (un)saturated alkyl, Y is a C 1 WC 18 alkyl, EO of (EO)lH is oxyethylene, n or n+l=5W 15) in an amount of equivalent or less to the component (A), and 10wt% or more nonionic compound of a molecular weight (polyoxyethylene) of 800 or more (e.g., nonionic surfactants based on a polyhydric alcohol). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
