abstract | PURPOSE: A novel polyamide resin having improved thermal stability and low water absorption, obtained by copolymerizing a polyamide with a polybutadiene having a terminal carboxylic acid group and a terminal amino group at both ends, and a hydrogenated double bond. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 99W5wt% polyamide high polymer component (e.g., 1,2- aminododecanoic acid and cyclohexanediamine, etc. as constitutional monomers) having a repeating unit shown by the formulaI(n is 5W11), or the formula II [X is C m H 2m (m is 6W12), isophorone group, etc.; Y is C l H 2l (l is 4W10), phenylene group, etc.]is copolymerized with (B) 1W95wt% polybutadiene component having a terminal carboxylic acid group and a terminal amino group at both ends, their terminal group ratio of preferably ≥75%, a hydrogenation ratio of double bond of preferably ≥90%, and an average molecular weight of 500W 10,000, to give the desired resin. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
