titleOfInvention Reagent for determining hydrogen peroxide and its determination method
abstract PURPOSE: A determination reagent consisting of a part having active methylene or a residue after one hydrogen atom is removed from the active methylene and of another part emitting fluorescence, a hydrogen donor and a peroxidase are added to a sample to measure the intensity of the fluorescence. n CONSTITUTION: To a sample containing hydrogen peroxide, are added a reagent for determining hydrogen peroxide of formulaI, e.g., consisting of a part having active methylene or a residue after one hydrogen atom is removed therefrom and anothr part emitting fluorescence, a hydrogen donor such as 4-aminoantipyrin or p-aminophenol derivative and a peroxidase. In the hydrogen peroxide determining reagent of formula II, Q is the part of active methylene or methine where oxidative coupling occurrs and F1 is the part that emits fluorescence after Q is eliminated. The intensity of fluorescence from the fluorescent substance formed by the above reaction is measured to determine hydrogen peroxide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
