titleOfInvention Separating membrane of methyl methacrylate type
abstract PURPOSE: A separating membrane especially useful for a hemocatharsis system, exhibiting a wide range of permeability corresponding to purposes through blending or adjustment of an additive, etc. by the same production process, obtained from a mixture of specific two kinds of methyl methacrylate copolymer. n CONSTITUTION: A methyl methacrylate copolymer containing 0.5W10mol% sulfonic acid group-containing polymerizable monomer, preferably sodium p-styrene sulfonate is blended with a methyl methacrylate copolymer containing 0.5W10mol% quaternary nitrogen group-containing polymerizable monomer, preferably 2-metha- cryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride in a weight ratio 1:9W9:1, preferably 2:1W1:2. The average molecular weight of these polymer materials is ≥1000,000, preferably 200,000W800,000 in blending. Dimethyl sulfoxide is preferable as a solvent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
