titleOfInvention | Mercaptogermane compound and its preparation |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formulaI(m and n are 2 or 3). n EXAMPLE: Tetra(α,γ-dihydroxy-β,β-dimethylbutyryl-β-alanyl-β-aminoethylmercapto) germane. n USE: An inhibitor of blood platelet aggregation, having inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation, and administrable orally and parenterally in a daily dose for an abult of 10W600mg in the case the oral administration and (1/3)W(1/10) of that in the oral administration for the parenteral administration. n PROCESS: A thiol derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with germanium dioxide in a water-soluble solvent at room temperature for 7W12 days to give the compound expressed by formulaI. The amount of the compound expressed by formula II to be used is equimolar or more, preferably 3W5mol, based on the germanium dioxide. The reaction will cause the decomposition reaction undesirably on heating. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
