abstract PURPOSE: An antiallergic agent containing an N 6 -ω-aminoalkyladenosine compound as an active constituent, having the antiallergic action, and useful as a remedy and a preventing agent for allerigic asthma, hay asthma, allergic colitis, etc. with slight side effects. n CONSTITUTION: An antiallergic agent containing an N 6 -ω-aminoalkyladenosine compound of formulaI(n is an integer 1W20; R is ribofuranosyl group of formula II, 5-phosphorylbribofuranosyl group of formula III, 3-phosphorylribofuranosyl group of formula IV or 3,5-cyclic phosphorylribofuranosyl group of formula V) or a salt thereof as an active constituent. The agent is prepared as a suspension, aerosol, absorbent, powder, etc. by the conventional method. The agent is administered by the internal use, inhalation, external use, etc. suitably, and the daily dose thereof is usually about 0.1W100mg per kg body weight.
