abstract | PURPOSE: The titled theoretical and total remedy and preventive for vertigo, obtained by combining a drug remedying vertigo etiologically with a drug remedying vertigo nosologically. n CONSTITUTION: A drug enhancing the suppressing competence of the cerebelleum of vestibule (e.g., a promotor for cerebral blood stream such as papaverine hydrochloride, cyclandelate, etc., an autonomic suppressant such as γ-orizanol, etc.), or the drug enhancing the suppressing competence of the cerebellum of vestibule and a drug alleviating an increase of susceptibility of an individual (e.g., a tranquilizer such as chloridiazepoxide, medazepam, etc., an antihistamine such as diphenhydrynate, etc.) is used as a drug remedying vertigo etiologically, a drug alleviating caused symptoms or promoting the action[e.g., tranquilizer, antihistamine, caffeine type agent (e.g., diprophylline, etc.)]is used as a drug remedying vertigo nosologically, and they are combined to give a remedy and preventive for vertigo curing it fundamentally. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
