titleOfInvention Storing method of fruit
abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to store fruits without fear with no toxicty to men and cattle, by using a nucleotide as a burn preventing agent in the storing of the fruits. n CONSTITUTION: A nucleotide, e.g. cytidylic, uridylic, adenylic, guanylic, inosinic or xanthylic acid or a mixture, an oligomer or nucleic acid thereof, in the form of a treating agent containing the nucleotide in a low concentration, e.g. 0.05W 2wt%, such as an agueous solution or emulsion, is applied to the surface of fruits. Altenatively, the liquid agent is then absorbed in a sheet of moisture absorbing paper, and the fruits are then wrapped in the paper. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
