PURPOSE: The titled polymer composition with good curing property, evolving no smelly gas during heat curing, which is prepd. by the incorporation of a metal salt of a 2,4-dithiohydantoin. n CONSTITUTION: A metal salt of a 2,4-dithiohydantoin of formulaIor II[wherein R 1 and R 2 are each H, (cyclo) alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl; R 3 is a 4W12C hydrocarbon ring or hetero ring]is used. The metal forming said salt is selected from Na, K, Mg, Ca, Ba, Cd and Mn. 100pts.wt. halogen-contg. polymer, about 0.1W10pts.wt. said metal salt of a hydantoin, and about 0.5W50pts.wt. metal compd. such as magnesium hydroxide r calcium stearate as an acid acceptor are mixed.
