titleOfInvention Coloring method of organic material
abstract PURPOSE: To dye hydrophobic synthetic fibers with clear color tone with excellent light and sublimation resistances and fastness, by dyeing org. materials using a specified dye. n CONSTITUTION: 3,3-Dimethoxy-4,5,6,7-tetrachloroisoindoline-1-one, 3-imino-4,5,6,7- tetrachloroisoindoline-1-one, or 3,3,4,5,6,7-hexachloroisoindoline-1-one is reacted with an arom. amine having OH group such as O-aminophenol in a molar ratio of 1:1 to produce a dye of the formula wherein R is benzene ring or naphthalene ring having OH group. This dye is dispersed in an aq. medium in the presence of a dispersant such as sulfate ester of a higher alcohol. Then a hydrophobic synthetic fiber such as polyester fiber is dyed at 120W130°C for 60W 120min, and soaping is conducted. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
