abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare the titled plaster capable of suppressing the oxidation reaction without affecting the human body and highly resistant to decomposition and degradation, by compounding a specific acrylic copolymer with prednisolone as the active component and a thioglycerol as its stabilizer. n CONSTITUTION: A copolymer obtained by the copolymerization of an alkyl (meth)acrylate and vinyl acetate and/or (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of an azo-type polymerization initiator (e.g. azobisisobutyronitrile) is compounded with prednisolone as an active drug component and a thioglycerol as the stabilizer of the drug component, and the composition is applied to the surface of a backing material to obtain a plaster for pharmaceutical preparation for applying to the skin. The content of the active component is 2W100μg per 1cm 2 when the thickness of the plaster is 40μm, and the content of the stabilizer is 0.5W200wt%, practically 10W100wt% of the drug component. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
