titleOfInvention Method for forming lense
abstract PURPOSE: To produce easily a lense with different focal distances without generating inferior lenses by following method in which an upper frame and a lower frame made of resin are piled up, and the inner part made by said two frames is sealed, and then liquid is enclosed in a gap between an upper lense and a lower frame. n CONSTITUTION: Pressurized and melted resin is injected from a nozzle 8 and is poured into the cavity for an upper frame 1 and the cavity 5 for a rim, and then is solidified, thereby forming the upper frame 1. The lower frame 11 is similarly formed. Next, the upper flame 1 and the lower frame 11 are put in piles and arranged in an upper mold 12 and a lower mold 13 respectively. Both frames are connected and its inner part is sealed by pouring the pressurized and melted resin into grooves 5a and 14. Further, liquid 20 such as water etc. is fully poured under pressure into the internal part prepared by two frames through the bore made by inserting the tip of an injector 19 into a liquid inlet-port 18, and thereafter the inlet-port 18 is selaed by a heater 21. Thus the objective lense may be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
