PURPOSE: The titled composition excellent in sustained weatherability, thermal stability during molding and miscibility with a resin and suitable for an agricultural film, which is prepd. by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a specified P compd. n CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin is compounded with 5pts.wt. or less, pref. 0.01W4pts.wt.
