titleOfInvention | Evaporation cooling electric device |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent bumping in refrigerant to improve dielectric strength by forming the surface of a charging part contacted with the refrigerant into a specified indicated roughness, in an electric device housed in the inside of a machine together with an evaporation cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:A charging part and a heat generating part of an electric device such as a transformer, a reactor and a thyrister valve are cooled by means of heat of gassification produced by the change from a liquid phase to a gaseous phase of an evaporation cooling medium such as furone 113. The surface of an insulated film 12 formed by an insulating member covering a charging part is polished by means of sand paper or sand blasting, etc., and is formed to surface roughness in the range of 12S or 25S in a roughness indication. Further, the surface of the charging part is coated by a fibrous insulating member having fine roughness. In this way, small bubbles 15 are produced from a concave part 13 and a convex part 14 of the film 12 due to temperature rise of the refrigerant 11, and thereby it is possible to prevent a bumping phenomenon and to improve dielectric strength. |
