| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a board for construction of which a vessel pattern (woodgrain) does not varnish, though being shaved by a planer, by standing and embedding the vessel expressing synthetic resin sheets in the surface layer of a synthetic resin rigid foam and making them integral. n CONSTITUTION: Raw liquid of rigid foam urethane 3 etc. is poured into a molding frame 6 from a nozzle 8 and it is foamed, hardened and it forms the rear layer 1 of rigid synthetic resin. Then, plural sheets of the vessel expressing synthetic resin sheet 2 are stood on the upper face of the rear layer nearly parallel each other. The vessel expressing synthetic resin sheet 2 is colored dark, wider at its base and has the protrusion 7 at the lower edge, and it is planted in the rear layer 1.
