titleOfInvention Method for filling foaming urethane in building double side panel
abstract PURPOSE:To provide a uniform urethane layer of a thickness necessary to give heat insulating property on the internal surface of a panel by a method wherein soft hollow sealed substances are stored in the hollow part of a building double side panel and then foaming urethane is injected in the hollow part and let to foam. CONSTITUTION:Soft hollow sealed substances (e.g.: rubber cylinders) 4 in which the air is sealed are stored in each space part (hollow parts) of one-side panel where one face material 2 is welded to a frame material 1. Then, the other face material 5 having through holes corresponding to the said hollow parts is welded. Then, a specified quantity of foaming urethane 7 is injected from the said through holes 6 into the hollow parts 3 and let to foam to provide a urethane layer of a desired thickness by filling with foaming urethane 8 each hollow part 3 excepting sealed hollow parts 4.
