titleOfInvention Photosensitive image forming material
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having high-contrast image forming capacity and suitable for line work and halftone dot by laminating an Al-org. substance mixed layer and a photosensitive resin layer on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Vapor deposited Al-org. substance mixed layer 2 and photosensitive resin layer 3 are formed on substrate 1 such as plastics or glass in this order to obtain a photosensitive image forming material. Layer 2 is formed by simultaneously vacuum depositing Al and an org. substance such as behenic acid, sulfanilic acid or polymethacrylic acid which is solid at ordinary temp and can be deposited under vacuum. The org. substance to Al ratio of layer 2 is about 0.1-10 as thickness ratio of separately vacuum deposited org. substance to Al, and the thickness of layer 2 is about 20-1,000nm.
