titleOfInvention Chlorinated polyethylene composition
abstract PURPOSE: A chlorinated polyethylene composition which, when crosslinked with an organic peroxide, provides cured products having excellent thermal conductivity, electric insulation and mechanical strength, comprising a heat-conductive norganic filler and chlorinated polyethylene. n CONSTITUTION: (D) A chlorinated polyethylene composition which can be crosslinked with (C) an organic peroxide, comprising (A) a heat-conductive inorganic filler and (B) chlorinated polyethylene. The amount of the filler (A) is 60W75vol%, pref, 62W73vol%, based on the composition (D). As the filler (A), alumina or boron nitride is prefered because of their high thermal conductivity and excellent electric insulation. As the polyethylene (B), an amorphous polyethylene having a chlorine content of 20W50wt%, particularly, 25W45wt% is preferred. In addition, a rubbery material and/or a resinous material can be added to these. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
