titleOfInvention Preparation of vinyl chloride resin
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a vinyl chloride resin with excellent heat deformation resistance, by the reaction of a vinyl chloride polymer having an OH group or a carboxyl group in the molecule, with a vinyl chloride polymer having an epoxy group in the molecule. n CONSTITUTION: 30W70wt% of a vinyl chloride polymer (A) having an OH group or a carboxyl group in the molecule, which is obtained by the copolymerization of 99.9W90wt% of vinyl chloride (a) with 0.1W10wt% of a copolymerizable monomer (b) having an OH group or a carboxyl group in the molecule (e.g., 2-hydroxylthyl acrylate), is crosslinked, at a temperature ≥100°C, with 70W30wt% of a vinyl chloride polymer (B) having an epoxy group in the molecule, which is obtained by the copolymerization of 99.9W90wt% the component (a) with 0.1W 10wt% of a copolymerizable monomer having an epoxy group in the molecule (e.g., glycidyl acrylate), at a temperature ≥100°C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
