titleOfInvention Preparation of building panel
abstract PURPOSE: To enhance heat insulating property, applicating property, water resistance and to reduce expansion and contraction against temp. differential by a method wherein an upper molding cover having a low extensible fiber stretched around projections thereof is inlaid on a mold frame and, thereafter, a resin is foamed and molded in the mold frame. n CONSTITUTION: The low extensible fiber 3 such as a glass fiber or a carbon fiber is stretched around plural projections 2 on an upper molding cover 1. Subsequently, this upper molding cover 1 is inlaid on the mold frame 4 to arrange the fiber 3 in a recessed portion 6 of the mold frame 4 and, thereafter, for example, the foamable resin 5 such as a polyurethane resin is poured into the mold frame 4 and foamed and molded therein to embed the projections and the fiber 3 in a central portion of the foamed resin 5. Subsequently, the foamed resin 5 taken out from the upper molding cover 1 and the mold frame 4 to obtain the building panel A. Because the projections 2 and the fiber are embedded in the panel A and expansion and contactions of the panel A is limited, in using the panel A as a wall surface, any gaps are not generated. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
