titleOfInvention Preparation of heat insulation wall material
abstract PURPOSE:To simplify a procedure and eliminate the necessity providing a tool to each product by a method wherein a stock liquid of a foamable heat insulation material is poured into a frame body and, when foamed to a predetermined condition, rotated rapidly around the opening portion of the frame body as a center. CONSTITUTION:A door frame 6 as the frame body which is formed into, for example, a rectangular box like shape having an opening portion 7 provided to one side surface thereof by a thin steel plate is respectively placed on an upper surface of supports 5 and positioned and held thereon by appropriate means. Nozzles 8, 8 are opposed to an upper portion of the door frame 6 and the foamable heat insulation material, for example, the stock liquid 9 of an urethane is poured into the frame 6 in a predetermined amount and, thereafter, the nozzles 8, 8 are moved to an a direction. When the foaming is advanced to a predetermined condition, the supports 5, 5 are rotated 90 deg. to direct the opening portion 7 to a direction of a shaft 4 and a rotary arm 3 is rotated rapidly around the shaft 4 to a (b) direction. Thereby, the stock liquid 9 is uniformly spreaded in the frame 6 by the centrifugal force F to advance the foaming.
